This highly satisfying course includes 10 dishes that combine luxurious ingredients such as seafood, horse sashimi, and beef tongue.We have prepared a wide variety of dishes with a focus on Japanese flavors, starting with seasonal appetizers and avocado and prosciutto salad, as well as five kinds of sashimi, specially selected horse sashimi, Kumamoto's specialty mustard lotus root, and fragrant thick-sliced charcoal-grilled beef tongue.It comes with a choice of final dish and dessert, allowing you to enjoy your meal until the very end.It's also recommended for drinking parties and relaxed dining.
